Kilakarai is a better place for teachers and government servants. Things are bit expensive and the poor people are keep on becoming poor and never ever get a chance to come up in their life. Rich people are having their home town kilakarai for just having a week rest in a year. they have gardens and cultivation lands which are being guarded by the poor people.

Kilakarai has railway station in 16 kilometers, it has two colleges for men and women, Two Tasmacs for drunkers, Enough Hostpitals, Enough grocery and needy shops and retail outlets, Two good markets, a bustand and beach.

Things missing in kilakarai are as follows;

Cleanliness, Browsing centre, Rent House, No good roads and speed bumps near schools... etc

Conclusion: Kilakarai is an Average place for Living
